Worst experience for my girlfriend who got the shellac manicure. She decided to give this place a try and the quality was very disappointing. The shellac peeled off within 5 days. When she goes to other salons it lasts 2+ weeks. Save your money and try elsewhere or you’ll regret it

Went for a facial, extractions were super painful and steaming was only directed at half my face even though extractions were all over the face. + EDIT: although the extractions were painful, my face became smooth after one session. I don’t feel underlying pimples beneath the surface or anything. I haven’t broken out either even though I have sensitive skin. Changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars.

I'm disappointed with the customer service here. Should have read the reviews before purchasing my Groupon deal with them. I had called in multiple times to schedule an appointment but they were too busy to pick up my calls and return them. They were also fully booked with limited times. So I scheduled an appointment a month in advance and took time off work, only to leave without my appointment because they scheduled it on the wrong day.
