The reason I came to Dr Bayati is because I have suffered from an unknown skin issue on my face, neck and chest. The are hive like and swell, itch, bleed, scab and scar. The scaring started to change the texture of my face. After 5 dermatologists and 4 biopsies I had no diagnosis. I have spent thousands on medicines and topicals with no relief. Dr Bayati removed a cyst on my neck that had been there quite a while. While it was not very visible it was a concern. She removed it during out patient surgery. She has great bedside manner. Her office staff was very helpful in getting things scheduled due to my crazy travel schedule. I would highly recommend Dr Bayati to anyone in need of a plastic surgeon in South Orange County.
Dr Bayati and her staff are so caring and helpful. I had abreast reduction, lift and liposuction to the sides and auxiliary area. They were all there for me every step of the way. We communicated by phone and email and what ever it took. I highly recommend Dr Bayati and her wonderful staff.

I have seen Dr. Bayati for a few procedures, most recently lipoma extraction. She is an amazing surgeon and I could not give a higher rating to a medical professional. She is a perfectionist, caring and ensures that her patients are very happy.
I had an abdominoplasty with some liposiction, as well as a scar revision. Dr. Bayati and her staff are, as always (this is my second surgery with them), caring, knowledgeable and professional. The office staff did a great job following up after the surgery to make sure I was comfortable and everything was as it should be. I would recommend this doctor without reservation.
I see Dr Bayati every 3 months for injections( Botox ) her technique is painless and quick. She is a great surgeon and I highly reccomend her for all your needs, surgical or non surgical.
Dr. Bayati originally made feel comfortable and at ease about the surgery. Overall the surgery went really well and the healing process is coming along as well too. The doctor despite the surgery continues to be professional and a class act.
