If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They are entirely unreachable, the phone number is disconnected and the 800 number at the “contact us” on their website is a generic hospitality third party which takes you in circles until it disconnects. Their employees are as useless as they are rude and cold, but they WILL retaliate against you if you get them caught up for not doing their jobs. DO NOT STAY AT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIED OR YOU WILL SURELY REGRET IT.
Regarding the BW Whitehall hotel: My bad review starts a week before our visit. I called ahead to request a mini fridge for our 7-day stay, but Felicia at the front desk was unhelpful, putting me on hold for 8 minutes before telling me I needed to call back due to a bad connection.
