Worst in town. Had to do some repairs and they damaged some other parts, told us they will check it and call us back; but never. Poor customer care. Further to your reply below- Did you ever called me back as promised??? Never.. not even a courtesy call, you think the concern we raised baseless but its not and yes I am not planning to come back there ever and planning to change my insurance as well, only due this@ Aami inusrance
I got my Front Guard replaced by Auto Mate Smash repairs recently. The service provided was timely and very efficient. Got the job completed within the timeframe that was promised. The final Outcome was very good. Highly recommend them.
Zero customer service, they never answer the phone. They failed to quote repairs correctly for insurance. Forcing the insurer to request the vehicle to be taken elsewhere for repairs immediately. Would not recommended them again.
I attended SB Automate on Friday the 6th of February to obtain a quote for repairs to my front bumper. My details were taken at reception, and I was advised that a quote would be emailed to me later that day at no cost. By Monday the 9th of February, I had not received the quote, so I returned in person to follow up. During this visit, I was informed that the quote would be sent through that afternoon.
