I attended SB Automate on Friday the 6th of February to obtain a quote for repairs to my front bumper. My details were taken at reception, and I was advised that a quote would be emailed to me later that day at no cost. By Monday the 9th of February, I had not received the quote, so I returned in person to follow up. During this visit, I was informed that the quote would be sent through that afternoon. Attention to Detail?....Forget it! Make sure the "quote" covers all items- otherwise you might think it's best quote. And if they call an say that after starting work, that they've found more damage than at first thought....check it out. Very disappointed with this place -they fixed a rear light for me and after 12 months the back bumper bar came loose. I wouldn't go there again.
