The team was easy to deal with, kept me well-informed throughout the process, and delivered high quality work with minimal turnaround. Pricing was fair, and the communication was spot on. SB smash repairs were amazing, but the new owners don't seem to be able to live up to the established reputation. Waited 5 months for an appointment, called the day before to confirm it was still going ahead, and was told that my appointment had been cancelled and they've been meaning to call me! No effort to contact myself or my insurer. Went in in-person to sort the problem out, was promised a return call to make another appointment, and complete silence since. Poor communication, lack of time management, produced a lot of excuses and it got very repetitive. "We will get started on it in 2 weeks" then in 2 weeks they said again "we will get started on it in 2 weeks". They have had my part since May and told me latest they'd get started on it was August/September, yes they started on it late September but once again said it would be finished a week later and it was not.
