My backflow preventer burst in the recent cold snap and left us without water. I contacted S&B online at like 9pm to schedule an appointment for the next day. They reached out that same night to make sure it wasn’t an emergency and were very prompt in reaching out the following morning to schedule a time their plumbers would be out.
