I needed a plumber for the 2nd time since I’ve livd here. Again called S & B and asked for Brent, who has been out before. That time he & Swanson immediately recognized & repaired an issue which 3 or 4 other plumbers could not. Today, they found & fixed the leak in my attic quickly & efficiently. We have used S&B Plumbing for more than 15 years and are very satisfied. Today, Austin (with Zach) did a great job replacing our hot water heater in the attic. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, explained his process, everything was done efficiently and to our satisfaction. They ensured the install met city inspection requirements. We will call S&B annually for a water heater flush and for other plumbing needs. .
Austin & Zack were prompt, polite and took precautions to keep the work are very neat and clean. They repaired the issue (instead of costly replace) in a very manner! They will get my future business!

They fit me in within an hour or so after I called. They removed and reseated a toilet and replaced the old valve with a new one. I'll use them again if need be.
