My first visit was to remove builder gel and get a regular manicure. Miscommunication left me with a result I was not satisfied with. I wanted the issue resolved so I called and the owner was very accommodating. She did an incredible job on my nails and I was very appreciative to her kindness and understanding. She listened to me, and made me feel very comfortable sharing my feelings towards my overall nail experience.
