Over a month and still trying to get work finished. Original job left rough floors with swirl marks and looked like floors were not cleaned properly after sanding before poly was applied. Thresholds and quarter round were not lined up correctly. It was not a professional job. Constantly told it will be fixed but no one shows up, or they go by, leave lights on and doors open, but no work is done.

I would highly recommend this company to any and everyone. They have done my hardwood floors and tile floor in my house and my rental property. They have also done my family’s home and my family is very pleased from the work they have done. They show up on time very respectful and also do an outstanding job. They get the job done when they said they would. The hales floor company will always be the first company i call when i need floors or tile work done. 100% highly recommend!! I can’t thank them enough.

Ruined my floors. He took the money and ran. What a Terrible experience. Poor results. Had to hire someone else to fix the sloppy, poor incompent work done. The new craftsman cleaned up the mess but were horrified at the sloppy job Stump and his crew did.
