The building is falling down.appiances are beyond old.it is full of cockroaches.the cost of rent for these tiny apartments is really too high.
I have lived at S&B apartments on Willowdale Rd in Dalton for 4 years and still love it here. Mark is by far the best landlord i have ever had. The maintenece men Daryl and Robert have always come when have had any maintenence issue. I love my apartment and everything about S&B apartments.
Why is their phone number a fax number? How are you supposed to get rental verifications on previous tenants if you cannot reach anyone?
