I contacted this dealer and had multiple text exchanges, emails, and even a FaceTime without no introduction or name of who I was dealing with. Very unprofessional behavior. During the FaceTime, I would ask a question and he kept telling me it was perfect which upon closer examination was NOT true. Trust is something that has to be earned.
