Bought a 2005 4Runner from them in February. After fixing a ton of stuff on the truck, it's now July and the DMV is still waiting on paperwork to get a title. In the meantime I have a vehicle I can't drive. Richard said it was cause of the DMV shutdowns but you can still mail paperwork in. Someone else said they needed some auction paperwork. Now they're back to blaming DMV. I've bought two vehicles in the meantime, one from a dealership and one private party, and I have titles and registration for both.
Great customer service , reasonable prices on all vehicles and very convenient financing options , highly recommend this place!
