I work at a store serviced by SAS, and they constantly add overpriced items on to our orders without asking, and it takes months to get a refund. I'm sure they do that on purpose to cover costs, then months later they can afford to refund you because they've ripped off enough other stores to cover it. Between that and missing items, I would recommend against them in any situation. Just haul products yourself, it's worth the extra time to avoid the hassle and financial struggle of dealing with these people.
