One of there drivers backed in to me in a private parking Lot, I answered 100 questions to a third party group from another country related to there insurance, Spent time on the phone with Gallager Basset there insurance company, submitted everything they wanted to reconcile, they Ghosted me, absolutely will not return my calls, the ordeal cost me a total of $6,000 all I was asking for was $1,200 which was vehicle damage

1 star. We were late to a reefer drop appt at their place because shipper loaded us over 10 hours. Arrived around 3:30PM on friday, they refused to unload us and told us to wait and come back on monday at 9:30AM, we didn't have a choice and decided to wait. Now we came back on monday, to be told that we don't have an appt and that we gotta reschedule with the broker. They rescheduled the appt for tuesday at 6AM, finished unloading at 11:20AM that day.
