Booked an appointment for deep tissue massage. Soon after j got in there the old man at the reception was rushing without even proper consultation of the issue and doesn’t even feel like professional therapist tbh. The place itself doesn’t look hygienic and didn’t even use any sanitation on the bed and using bounty on the head rest instead of soft towels and didnt use towels or any oils while massaging. To me it feels like waste of 100$ for a first time massage

I had two compressed discs in my lower back, so I couldn't stand, only lie down.I was completely disabled. I couldn't lean to any side, not even an inch.After three sessions over the course of a week, I was able to plant five six-foot tall trees on my own and have not felt any pain since. I was always completely skeptical about acupuncture , but it was 100% worth it.
