Do not rent off of these people they laugh at you when you have a complaint, they do a cheap quick fix that ends up causing more damage. they dont listen the mobile home park is in shambles. They blame it on everything but themselves
Live in one of the mobile home parks... Needless to say I have had more issues here than any place I have ever rented. Continual water breaks (at the least once a month) The "Caretaker" doesn't plow the wopping 2 roads here. Mice and rats everywhere, Peoples homes have trash on the outside of them, they dont cut their grass... and The fence to the "apartments" is almost gone from the termites eating it. GROSS.
