Stay away from S101 specifically TownHouse Plaza Apartments. Alot of issues. If you complain expect retaliation & harassment & rent increases & those typically are every year! Thefts, speeding through parking lot, leaks in carports, & blaming the resident for anything brought up as a complaint or something that needs fixing. Maintenance is very responsive to repairs but the plumbing is old in all the buildings so expect leaks from time to time.
Who reviews property management groups? A renter who has had nothing but great experience with the manager Samareeb and all the staff. We always have a prompt response and things that come up are resolved quickly. Very different from our last property manager in Los Gatos!
