My interaction is RZ realty began almost a year ago when the owner of my building employed them to collect the rent and manage the building. Every interaction we have had has been positive and efficient. Their technology for collecting the rent works easily and quickly and my minor complaints regarding the facility have been handled well. From the tenant point of view I highly recommend RZ realty and Jay.

1820 kenny rd. ........0 stars Hopefully, you are lucky enough for a different management company/experience. My 3, 2, and 6 month old were not. The main backed up on a Friday evening, after being told someone will be out the next day, monday morning, arrived, and so did the plumber to unclog the drain (5 mins). I worked with Jay Zollars who represented us as leasing broker for our commercial office. Jay did a great job preparing marketing material for our building. We rented the office suite in two weeks which was quicker than expected. He handled the process from start to finish professionally and effectively. JP
