1820 kenny rd. ........0 stars Hopefully, you are lucky enough for a different management company/experience. My 3, 2, and 6 month old were not. The main backed up on a Friday evening, after being told someone will be out the next day, monday morning, arrived, and so did the plumber to unclog the drain (5 mins). This allowed the 2 inches of feces to subside, but the mess remained. After several, I will be there tomorrow conversations, i took off work and cleaned myself on Thursday.
I had a great experience renting from Ben Smith. I wish the property owner would take electronic payments instead of checks but that was beyond the property manager's control. Ben sometimes took a day or to respond but never delayed on anything serious - he just seems very busy but I didn’t mind. The guys they hire to do the maintenance work are super chill and reliable. They seemed to have some really good connections. I moved out to save money on something cheaper than what Ben had to offer, but where I rented at Park Run ... read more

Absolute nightmare of a company, one of my family members rented for them for a period of one year, the apartment was not move in ready when they showed up, then one month later they had roaches in the kitchen, it took management 10 days to send someone out, and this process repeated for almost 9 months, every 90 days , they are late on maintenance their enclosed property in hilliard smells terrible and has trash everywhere all the time, and as if that wasn't enough they just upped the rent for tenants that have been there f... read more
