In December 2025, our basement suffered severe flood damage, and we called Rytech Restoration of Lake County (Crown Point) for a mitigation and rebuild estimate. During that visit, the representative, AJ, told my wife and me directly that the call/estimate would be at no charge - even after being asked point blank if there was any cost involved.
