Mold inspector here, who Shepard his clients through the mitigation process. Ralph and his guys do the best containment work I’ve seen in the Chattanooga market. They follow the IICRC S520 guidelines for mold remediation, which is another issue I’ve struggled with finding for my clients from other service providers. These guys are the best I’ve come across in the remediation industry in the Chattanooga market and are doing things the correct way and following the industry standards and guidelines for proper remediation.
