Everyone who came out was nice, but it seems no one knew what they were doing. The first guy could only do so much because he was only one person. Let me know that more flooring and baseboards would need to be pulled when more of the team came back in a few days. That didn’t happen. They came back and said nothing else will be pulled up. I had to point out baseboards that clearly soaked up water. They did end up pulling most, not all, of those. They used their equipment and said my house was so dry!! These guys are great. My home is mold free now. They were Johnny on the spot and very thorough. Hopefully I’ll never need them again, but I’d recommend them to anyone who has water damage or mold hidden in your home.

Rytech was sent out as a provider for USAA, they immediately contacted me, had a service person out quickly to start the drying out process. All were courteous and professional. Only issue I had is that the toilet for the bathroom had to be removed, and they don’t put it back once the dry out process was complete, reported that the reconstruction team from another company is the one who would do that, along with cleaning up more extensively so I had to go longer without my toilet in place.
