East TN Rytech was a water mitigation company chosen by USAA ( homeowners insurance) because a I filed a claim for serious water damage. They were prompt, coming to evaluate & set up big industrial air scrubbers & dehumidifiers on both levels of my condo. My son used Rytech of East TN for fire clean-up and rebuild. of his home that had a fire. They did a great job for the remediation of the home, so we hired them to rebuild the house which they stated they were qualified. Rytech had their building permit rejected by Knox County since they were not licensed to do major construction. Rytech did not inform us of and proceeded to perform construction without a permit, now Knox County has placed a Stop Work order on the home costing me thousands of dollars and Rytech will not retu... read more
