A very big thanks to Ryan for helping out my vulnerable, elderly parents after they were taken advantage of and overcharged by another plumbing company for work that did not need doing on a hot water unit that needed to be replaced due to it being rusted out and leaking. My first home water work was done by this company. I moved in 3 months ago. The storm water drain was blocked ever since. As my builder the Hilltop was very bad, I had to follow up by calling Rytec to come back to fix the drain and fix the missing clips of water down pipes, I called Rytec many times. Each time, Jane said it will be done this week or this day. FYI, it was not. No service post sell. Got paid and took off
Requested a report from a fix they conducted after their initial work had a leak in it. Now because no report has been provided my overblown water bill has to be paid. Thanks heaps 👍
