Ladies, Rypen Fitness Act Bad lower body class is the truth!!! I’ve seen my body transform from day one, that’s why I keep going back. My husband loved the results so much that he gave me additional money for my class pass account to attend more classes. Ryan is an expert at correcting form and giving modifications. Do yourself a favor and try it out!!!
Ryan makes workouts challenging yet enjoyable at the same time. His clear instructions, sense of humor, and the ever rotating workouts keep me coming back for more. I have introduced the class to two of my friends who are now also devotees.
This review is way overdue and well above a 5 star for this gem of a gym! I started coming here back in December & it is everything I was wanting & looking for in a gym. The women's only classes are great and Ryan does a great job of encouraging you to push harder, lift heavier, & most importantly watching/critiquing your form to prevent any injuries. I started going to Rypen several months ago because he has women’s classes, which was exactly what I was looking for as a beginner. I immediately felt welcomed into a community. Ryan always brings the energy and the other women are so encouraging. We start and end with stretching, and there’s a dynamic warmup before a few blocks of work. Ryan is attentive to safety and form, there’s a great variety in workouts from week to week, and he pushes you to lift heavier. I've been coming to RYPEN for about 1 year now. The trainer / owner - Ryan is awesome and from his coaching I've learned much better form and technique. Each session starts with a 10 minute stretch but it's focused and TBH the best stretching I've ever done since Ryan really makes sure we're truly doing it correctly. Then after stretching we do a mini dynamic warm up, and then we get into a workout. Workouts differ but typically there are weights involved with some sort of cardio.
