This company has deceptive practices! Our house was for sale early this year when we decided to look into renting it instead. We called Ryntal and they came out to look at our house and told us they could get $4,800/mo. for it. We thought that's fantastic so we signed with them. They didn't even have to come out and take pictures bc we gave them the pictures from the for sale listing. They had it listed for a month and had only brought out maybe 3 people to see it and we had to keep lowering the price till we were at $3... read more

This real state is the worst I’ve ever meet in my life , first they not have a word Specially Colbey Sp the manager is a dengeraus two -faces serpent she took $2000,00 from my security deposit when she said me back the whole all my security deposit and also Christine Wrown the owner to , when I left the apartment in excelente condition I have pictures Please DON’T rent WITH THIS REALT STARE THEY ARE THIEFS

The owners of Ryntal Property Management, Tom and Kathy Wagenhauser are vile pernicious creatures that should slither back into whatever pond in Ohio that they slithered out of.
