Wax looking for a mattress and the Niagara Falls store was closing and advertised big discounts. I went to check out a mattress, a woman asked if she could help, I explained what I was looking for and she said all mattresses were 50% off, she showed me one and I asked how much, reply was $400.00. I was interested and said Ok but she had to check if they had one, I waited around and she kept putting me off? Love shopping here. Got some great furniture, bedroom and living room. Very happy with the customer service I got from Tina. Tina is very knowledgeable. Doesn't push very very helpful Tina takes her time helping you and trying to make you make the right choices. I definitely would come back and see you again. Tina, thank you again for all your help
We bought two sofas at Christmas from them which were very expensive. I’m very disappointed in the service received from them. We had arm covers made to protect the furniture as they are a light colour and waited quite a while for them to come. When they did we were very disappointed in the way they were made and sent two of the four back to be remade.
