We bought two sofas at Christmas from them which were very expensive. I’m very disappointed in the service received from them. We had arm covers made to protect the furniture as they are a light colour and waited quite a while for them to come. When they did we were very disappointed in the way they were made and sent two of the four back to be remade. We have been waiting 4 years for a table leaf replacement as the original was damaged by the sales person. Despite our having contacted the store numerous times, we have heard nothing. Oh well, there are many other furniture stores that are happy to have our business.
