Very poor communication, would have loved to know that my luggage was going to be thrown away after 30 days. And management is poorly trained and awful to their customers. I called/emailed and reached out 25 times without a resolution. And the worst of it all, is they said the luggage could not be repaired but Rimowa said it was a $50 repair so now I have no luggage and they could care less.
