The nails looked good but I was in so much pain. The nail removal process seemed abnormal like my nails were only two weeks old but he used a nail to go under it and take it off as whole. Definitely not healthy for the nails. I was in so much pain I actually was about to leave.

Jenny is amazing but everyone else is not it. I’ve been going loyally here for over 2 years but last time I came in they confirmed the appt and 30 min before told me I’m going to be booked with someone else. I really only come here for her and it’s out of my way to come here so it’s disappointing to be called last minute. The girl who did my nails struggled for over 2 hours trying to get the right design and even though she tried her best it wasn’t what I asked for.
