Unfortunately this place's reputation is hanging on by a thread, has gone down hill greatly since I first started coming here about 3 yrs ago. Without explanation, won't be coming back

I had a very bad experience while getting my acrylic nails off here a week ago. I went in to get a set of nails off that I got done at another Rynas nail location and the lady I got used a plastic nail to pry the nails off. I think this is such an unprofessional method it hurts a lot and damages the nail beds so much. I told her I want to keep the length of my original nails and she broke every single one of them. Extremely disappointed knowing the reputation Ryna’s nails has. This particular location, I did mani/ pedi with Shellac for vacation and on the very first day after my appointment, my shellacs started pealing off, the day after all my shellac peeled off. Not sure why or if their polish is outdated, but it’s not even worth going back to ask for a refund.
