I had a very bad experience while getting my acrylic nails off here a week ago. I went in to get a set of nails off that I got done at another Rynas nail location and the lady I got used a plastic nail to pry the nails off. I think this is such an unprofessional method it hurts a lot and damages the nail beds so much. I told her I want to keep the length of my original nails and she broke every single one of them. Extremely disappointed knowing the reputation Ryna’s nails has. This particular location, I did mani/ pedi with Shellac for vacation and on the very first day after my appointment, my shellacs started pealing off, the day after all my shellac peeled off. Not sure why or if their polish is outdated, but it’s not even worth going back to ask for a refund.

I had a terrible experience.I went in for lash extensions, but they burned my eyes and were very uncomfortable. When I returned to have them removed, instead of using a proper removal method, the technician cut off all of my natural lashes. I am extremely disappointed and devastated by the damage done to my lashes. Not only was the service unprofessional, but the lack of care and proper technique was shocking. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for safe and professional lash services.
