I only come here to get my eyebrows done. Always exactly what I like. I've had manicures here aswell, I am always satisfied.
Unfortunately this place's reputation is hanging on by a thread, has gone down hill greatly since I first started coming here about 3 yrs ago. Without explanation, won't be coming back

I had a very bad experience while getting my acrylic nails off here a week ago. I went in to get a set of nails off that I got done at another Rynas nail location and the lady I got used a plastic nail to pry the nails off. I think this is such an unprofessional method it hurts a lot and damages the nail beds so much. I told her I want to keep the length of my original nails and she broke every single one of them.
