I came in for a shellac manicure and a color change on my toes, and unfortunately, the experience started off quite confusing. The initial nail tech seemed unsure of what I had asked for, and instead of speaking directly to me, he and others were talking amongst themselves in their own language — which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Kymberly is unskilled, rude and unprofessional !! She did a terrible job and dismissed my pleasant and simple request which was to make sure my lashes were evenly placed (because they werent) She also overused the glue on my lids.🙄 Lynn who normally does my lashes is talented and does a flawless job but she was off that day and I had a function to attend the same day. I had a very disappointing experience here. They keep changing their prices — they’ll tell you one thing at the counter and then increase it afterwards. Even the service wasn’t good. I was told that almond shape would be an extra $5, which no other salon has ever charged me before. On top of that, the shape is uneven and the color is all over my cuticles. Definitely not worth the money.
