I went to the location on Keele for the first time today and booked with Kevin based on the reviews! I was not disappointed at all! He fixed my terrible nails from the last place I had been to and made them nice and slender and not chunky if you get what I mean! He really pays attention to detail and is so friendly and constantly asking if you’re ok and like the work so far! I can’t wait to do designs next time!

I had such a great experience with Kevin! He is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and truly talented at what he does. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. My nails turned out even better than I expected — clean, elegant, and beautifully designed. The shape, color, and little details were done with so much care. He very friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend him to anyone.
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in specifically asking for a white-on-white French manicure, but the technician did not do what I asked for. When I politely tried to correct her and explain that it wasn’t the style I requested, she yanked my hand aggressively.
