I had to get my gel nails removed(see last photo for reference) and this place was the closest to me. If you look at third photo theres still a bit of the gel left on the index finger(I know this because it has a bump I can feel it), and she was rough in handling my nails that I felt tense the whole time :/ the nails are also cut unevenly, I’m not asking for perfection but you can clearly tell and if you look at the thumb it’s roughly filed too. Removing my extension was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. She literally pulled them off with a nail clipper. It was absolutely horrendous.
I meant to write this review last week when this happened. the people here are nice and everything but I doesn’t 140$ on my nails and tipped my nail tech 20$ and my nails have fallen off after a week. One broke a day after I got them done and Cindy fixed my one nail for free which was great but after that ALL of my nails started breaking at the tip because it was done too thin.
