I had such a great experience with Kevin! He is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and truly talented at what he does. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. My nails turned out even better than I expected — clean, elegant, and beautifully designed. The shape, color, and little details were done with so much care. He very friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend him to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in specifically asking for a white-on-white French manicure, but the technician did not do what I asked for. When I politely tried to correct her and explain that it wasn’t the style I requested, she yanked my hand aggressively. I even told her that my finger is broken, but she completely ignored me and continued to handle my hand roughly, which was very painful and uncomfortable. I’m disappointed to have to leave a negative review, but my experience wasn’t a good one. Looking back, I wish I had read through the reviews more carefully beforehand. The main issue started with the nail removal process. Instead of soaking off the product, which is what I’ve experienced at other salons, the technician used a nail tip to pry the nails off. I went to Ryna’s Nails on January 10th, 2026. It was my first time there. I booked online (I really liked the convenience of being able to book online). I booked with Vivian. I booked for a refill.
