Have been customers for 8 years since moving to Franklin. Never answer their phone always got Bill's in mail and ticket left in door, not anymore. Finally answered their phone today after a 15 minute hold and asked where our bill is, said they do email billing now and that's how I signed up Uh NO not True. Terrible company, would love to go w/another company but can't get rid of Rymes. Been 2 weeks since our delivery and had to call to ask for our bill. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

His professionalism and quick to help approach won my business. Kerry Mattson spent the time to advise when I installed a new propane heater. I have been with Rymes a few years now and have had nothing but great service with them. When my propane is getting low they always come as soon as possible depending on what the level is on my tank. The office staff ALWAYS asks what the level is so I don't run out. The drivers have gone out of their way to help me with questions and issues and have been patient and polite with me. They are really nice at the offices. I made a post on Facebook about an issue and one of the owners responded very quickly and assured my that it would be taken care of. Where can u get that type of service? Just great to have a company that cares.
