I’m so frustrated, we switched from will call to automatic delivery. Well we didn’t even have one automatic delivery without having an issue. I realized our tank was getting low and called on Monday to let them know and they said they’d update their records and deliver on Wednesday. No delivery Wednesday so I called again and was told we were scheduled for a delivery and would get it no later than Friday. Well I called again Friday because surprise, no oil! Poor customer service. They never answered their phone, and would only communicate via email to a potential new customer who was trying to set up a new account. It should never take 48 hours to set up an account to begin services. Decided to go with Pemi River Fuels, who answered the phone, set up my account in less than 10 minutes and they are $0.25 cheaper. I recommend upgrading your customer service approach. Would not recommend.
It’s the steps of excellence that make this company stand out! Very grateful for a quick response to an SOS call … thankful for the polite attitudes of the technicians AND … this was the “over the top” service … when my tank was wiped down, spit shined! Shout out to Evan Wise!
In the middle of November I called Rymes for an oil delivery. Due to being low on funds, due to the pandemic, I asked if they would deliver 50 gallons. I was informed that she would have to ask the manager because it's a 100 gallon minimum. She responds by email stating, no. I know in the past (one time) they delivered me 50 gallons. I have been a Rymes customer for about three years. They have always delivered promptly. Additionally, I have required service on my boiler and on my fuel tank. Both times, the repair person was helpful, kind, and efficient. More recently, I was confused about the balance on my account. My service representative Sarah, was so helpful! She took the time to really help me understand my account. She was clearly committed to helping me, and her standard for quality service is unmatched.
