12/19/2020 I recently needed service for my burner as it stopped working on the coldest morning of the winter, 1 degree this am. I have been a long time customer for the service of my heating system. I was told by the manager that they have in error been servicing me for the past time in error since I had not purchased the fuel from them. Therefor...they would not send a repair person to get my furnace working!!! I had never been informed of this policy nor does anything appear to this effect on their website. Rymes customer service rep Amanda was so rude and abusive to mother, this is indeed abuse of humanity to the ill, elderly, poor, needy, and fatherless. We just lost our dad a few weeks ago. And the Amada thing refuse to transfer mother to the people she needed to speak with, said bluntly NO. The rudeness from her, Rymes owner please listen to the tapes, if all recorded as they say!
