Irma constantly argues and talks over patients. She prescribes way more insulin than I need and yells at me when I tell her I did something different to prevent my lows, like taking less insulin. Then suggested I just stop taking insulin all together at night, even if I need it. I've had a good endo back when I was a minor and kinda know what uts like to have a good Dr. And honey, you aren't one. Not to mention, you aren't even a doctor at all and are the one giving medical advice. Something ain't right.
Dr faidi is a great dr. Listens to you and offers great info. The staff though is awful, just terrible. The wait time in office is a bit long. When you call they ask you if you can hold and before you can answer they put you on hold. Your on hold for at least 20min, I was forgotten, so I am not a big fan. If it wasn't for Dr Faidi I'd make this a 1 star
You won't be seen based on your scheduled appointment. I waited more than 2 hours for me to be seen, and it was way toooooooo long from my scheduled appointment. They are aware that they have complaints of too long waiting time but can't think of a good process on how to deal with it. Although the doctor has a good rapport to his patients, this scenarios really affects their quality of service.
