Probably one of the worst shops I've been to to be honest. So I take my 2002 jeep grand Cherokee because I was having some electrical issues and I was told these guys are the best I walking with my girlfriend explain what's wrong before I could finish guy says it's the driver side door so I said nope it's the passenger side door he goes no I promise you it's the driver side door so in stead of arguing about it I said you wanna take a look it? I would love to give them 10/5 stars if possible. I took my girlfriends Nissan Rogue to their shop to have her A/C diagnosed, as it hasn't been working in 2 years. We've brought her car to three different shops (Nissan included) and were left with a steep bill and still no A/C. Rhymer was able to diagnose, order a new part, install it and get us the car back all in the same day, with exception communication from Jodi. I really appreciate their work, as our Summer days are much more tolerable. Thanks!!
Highly recommended from Valvoline in Kingston. I was very happy with their service! They were able to get me in quickly and explained everything that could be/was wrong with my AC unit. I was able to pick the car up first thing the next morning. My air is working great! They were fast, prompt, friendly....list goes on! 5 stars!
Great service! My Corolla’s check engine light came on with a bit of shaking. I was able to get in same day and they fixed it all up for me. I needed an oil change last minute as well and they took care of that within another hour. Quick, efficient and friendly! Jodi in particular really stood out to me! She was knowledgeable, friendly and just nice to talk to. Hopefully I won’t need to come back for awhile but if I do need to, I will be confident in doing so!!! Thank you!!!!
