After I posted a review, I found out the bath vent install was OUTRAGEOUS! It was not connected to the attic vent. Even worse, it was filled with drywall chalk dust that was spraying into the bathroom when the heater was on. I had this verified by a local professional company which provided me with photos. I could not trust Rylynn to fix it, so I had it replaced by the other company and asked Rylynn to refund the money. We STRONGLY suggest that people consider other companies for a bath remodel. Our 3-MONTH experience was very stressful. The medicine cabinet was installed too low and we were treated like we were trying to rip them off when we asked for it to be fixed. The shower leaked badly and the tub leaked severely. When the tub was repaired it was placed against the wall and there is noise when getting in and out of the tub. Rylynn refuses to deal with it. The Rylynn rep does not use the word “sorry.”
