Very impressed. Pristine. You couldn't find anything out of place here. Pool was spotless, room was spotless. It was pretty quiet. We could hear the neighbouring room banging around a little but rarely heard voices - usually only if someone was outside. Beds were very comfortable. It's tiny. I think we will definitely be back. Wifi wasn't great in our room - we were as far from reception as possible in a 2 room suite (sleeps 4) and my children definitely hope this is improved but it was good enough

Very clean rooms and good powered shower. However the walls were very thin and one could hear everything from the rooms next door, and it was absolutely freezing - the heat pump temperature was increased to the maximum of 28C but the heat pump's fan speed could not be adjusted and it was still a very cold night until the next morning. There was an extra blanket provided in the cupboard but no thick duvets, an electric blanket would have been nice. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. Rude male manager. A little bit of a whine on check-in because we booked online and “the others undercut us”. Asked about local recommendations and male manager went on a rant about how people “bleed them dry” trying to get information about the town. Thought he was joking but in hindsight he was probably very serious. Very aggressive on checkout. Got a one minute to 10 reminder which we were clearly packed and ready and about to leave. Horrible experience, would not return. Room was fine and clean enough, but freezing in winter with no proper doona on the bed. Complained about us booking using booking.com (I’ve never had this happen before). Then as we were leaving the manager Rob started banging loudly on doors rudely telling people to get out. Came to ours only a couple minutes later as we already had our suitcase outside and were putting shoes saying “get it through your heads and get out”.
