It's the worst location around. The HOA is a bunch of people who were focused on in school and have egos now. They are all friends, and DO NOT allow anyone else on the HOA. The lawn care people urinate on the property and are drug addicts. This place is a cesspool, and I would avoid it at all costs.
Beautiful place to walk around! Highly recommend visiting this place.
