I can’t express how disappointed I am with this management company. Communication has been absolutely horrendous. Getting any sort of response or clarification on issues is like pulling teeth. If you're lucky, you might hear back in a week, but don't count on it. To make matters worse, they’ve repeatedly placed terrible tenants in my property—tenants who not only violate the lease terms but also fail to pay rent on time (or at all).
