I can’t express how disappointed I am with this management company. Communication has been absolutely horrendous. Getting any sort of response or clarification on issues is like pulling teeth. If you're lucky, you might hear back in a week, but don't count on it. To make matters worse, they’ve repeatedly placed terrible tenants in my property—tenants who not only violate the lease terms but also fail to pay rent on time (or at all). This people is give the houses in bad condThese people deliver the houses to you in very bad conditions, the woman and the man who are in maintenance don't even know what they're doing, they say they are going to clean the house and they don't clean anything, the person who is going to move into the house ends up cleaning the house, they don't repair things. Before people move into the houses, after the contract ends, they say it was the tenants so as not to return the deposit, be honest and don't steal money from people. My... read more

Realtor Joan was great. But when it comes to the office and maintenance it is horrible. Communication is bad. My son moved in having to clean after them. No one returns calls been waiting to talk to Denise about issues she has not called. Maintenance comes over half do job bc office tells them to leave and with that my son has poison ivy laying all over his yard. Stove is a fire hazard.
