jermaine was excellent! i emailed on a friday and got a response within an hour, and he was at my house on monday. he gave me helpful advice on how to handle my carpets until he arrived, since i was dog sitting and the dog got sick, leaving stains on several carpets. jermaine was professional and very friendly. i would definitely recommend ryk carpet care and plan to use them again. their prices are very reasonable. another carpet cleaning company didn't even respond to me until the job was already done!
the team did a great job cleaning our carpets and rugs, even coming back more than once when we needed extra help because of a sick pet. each time, our rugs were handled with care, cleaned really well, and brought back quickly. the customer service was excellent every time. they also gave us helpful advice about an old rug and took care of some repairs. we got non slip pads for some rugs, and they work much better than any others we've tried and were a good price too. we plan on getting more rugs in the future, and it's grea... read more
we had our carpets cleaned in elk grove and were very happy with the results, so we decided to schedule another cleaning. this time, we had three rooms and one upholstered chair cleaned. jermaine and lucas did an amazing job getting our carpets and chair spotless. they were very friendly and professional, taking the time to explain what they would do to our carpets. making sure we were satisfied was clearly very important to them. we will definitely call them again whenever we need our carpets or upholstery cleaned.
