Yesterday, Lucas spent several hours at our home in Elk Grove, taking care of our carpet cleaning needs. He deep cleaned the carpets in two bathrooms and also did a thorough job on our couches, loveseat, lounge chairs, dining room chairs, and pillows. Lucas came out to clean a bedroom where there was a lingering odor after a previous carpet cleaning from another company left the carpet too damp. He arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what would be done. Lucas also took the time to find the source of the smell, thoroughly cleaned and deodorized the area, and did an extra pass to remove as much moisture as possible. I recently scheduled a carpet and upholstery cleaning for my white sofa in Elk Grove. My sofa hadn’t been professionally cleaned since I bought it and had a few visible spots.
