Old review must have been before they were BBB members. I've been a patient of Jade Dental for over 10 years and .have never considered leaving them even though I have moved further away. Their Dentists are excellent and their staff super-friendly. Even if you have to drive a ways to get here, do it!
I was in here yesterday for several(actually seven) fillings I needed done. I had asked them if it was okay to do them all in one day for work reasons and they said it was totally fine and not a big deal. Now I'm not the hugest dental knowledge buff so I didn't think much of it and I have a pretty high pain tolerance. After arriving, the reception lady was very rude and impolite when I arrived, and threw a fit because of my insurance. I had dentures made with this company. What a huge mistake. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Now I understand why. One of their technicians filed off the whole right side of the teeth on the denture. They did admit the error, and I asked for a new denture. What they made me was not even close to what I had originally, and the teeth were a drastic change from what I had in the first denture.
