Ryen is a top-notch agent. She found us a place and made the whole process completely seemless. We were coming in from out-of-town and she went and took videos and sent them to us and every time I reached out, she said "it's never a bother" when I thought I was being a bother (which I can be). She was professional and not pushy and represented our needs well and listened to what we wanted and found it on time and exactly what we were looking for.
