We have been dealing with Rye Subaru for about 5 years now and have had a fantastic experience. We have dealt with Lauren Hirshowitz who has been highly knowledgeable, conscientious, service minded and attentive. Its been a pleasure dealing with this dealership because of her and provides us with a great deal of confidence in our negotiations and purchase with them.
It was very good. The 6K service was completed needing only a little extra time which was no big deal. The service rep was adroit and on top of it when I explained my A/C malfunction, After he explained my options, I decided to wait until the winter season was over and address the compressor issue next year when warm weather would make testing for the specific malfunction easier. And of course, I wouldn't need it in the winter anyway. That's about it.
