Very helpful, high quality merchandise I brought in a watch to get a new battery. They couldn't get the watch to work even with the new battery so they told me how to access the company on the internet to get repairs. And they didn't charge me a penny even though they put alot of time into it. We've been using them for 10 years for our jewelry needs. They carry high quality jewelry. Parking is a bit difficult since they are located on main street. PROS: friendly, helpful, been in town a long time! CONS: parking
