If I can give 0 stars I will. I bought a international truck from here and its been the worst. Check engine light came on as soon as we went OTR and we have not been able to make a penny had to replace dpf and several other parts. Ryder’s and the finance company Top Mark funding is a rip off. Please save yourself the time money and stress do not buy from here. Take it from my experience. I really wish I would’ve read the bad comments first. SMH I am beyond hurt.
Sorest experience with buying a vehicle ever!!!!! Truck broke down on drive home from dealership!!!! It stayed in the shop after that for almost 2 month!! When I got the truck back it now putts and they will do nothing to fix it!!! I will never buy from this place again!
I bought a truck from this location in Dec 2022 and it's been a living hell since.. 2weeks after purchasing the truck it needed repairs. The lights wiring were bad and needed to be replaced. We took it to a Ryder location in Raleigh who claimed to fix the issue but that was false cause in Feb we had the same issue with the lights not working.
