Amazing service! I purchased a used truck from Matt Berger and everything went great. He answered all of my questions and helped find me an amazing truck for my business. I will be coming back to purchase another truck in the near future.
This dealership sold me a truck that was supposed to be road ready, safe and good to go. It was brought to my shop here in Denver Co where we found out it needed new shocks, brakes, and 2 sensors. I filed a warranty claim within timely manner and delivered the vehicle to the repair shop. They gave me a run around for over one month causing me to incur thousands in rental truck fees. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a truck from this location. From the time I walked in the door, the staff was rude and lied. They told me we will have your truck done right before you leave. They lied. Before I left, it needed work. Please, if you have any kind of common sense to you, do not do business with these people, for They do not have a once of truth in them. Apu doesn't work. Air purge valve keeps purging. MY EXPERIENCE WITH RYDER AT KANSAS CITY MO: A LITTLE OVER A MONTH I BOUGHT A TRUCK HERE AND THEY TELL YOU THAT THE RYDER CERTIFIED TRUCK AND IS READY TO WORK AND IT IS NOT TRUE WHEN I WENT TO PICKUP THE TRUCK I HAVE TO PICKUP ANOTHER TRUCK BECAUSE THE FIRST HAD TO MANNY PROBLEMS AND ON THE ROAD I FOUND THAT THE DIESEL TANK WAS LEAKING.I TOOK IT TO RYDER AT HILLIARD, OH AND ALMOST 3 WEEKS LATER I GOT THE TRUCK BACK THE NEXT DAY AFTER THAT I GOT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT I TOOK IT TO THE WORKSHOP THEY FIXED AFTER 2 DAYS THE CHECK... read more
They don't inspect anything,missing hose clamps and failed d.o.t, don't buy from them! Claim they will fix the problems....in weeks it's a bad joke costing loss of revenue every day
