This is my 6th truck purchase with Ryder and they always take care of me.
Buying a Ryder Box Truck was the worst decision I made for my business. Major problems started 2 months after I brought the truck. Yes, I did buy a warranty. But the warranty did not cover enough $20,000 max. The DPA system went immediately, Then the turbocharger and the warranty company did not approve the request to replace it, and the engine ceased up and only $8,500 was left on the warranty so now I have to come up with the rest over $9,000.
