I was very happy with the Ryder people from West Sac that helped me find my truck, the whole crew was very professional,specially Jessie, she was so patient showing me all the options I had. For sure, she was one of the reasons I bought my truck.

My wife and I have been dealing with Fernando for four years now he is an outstanding guy. We have bought 9 trucks from him and only one truck I bought through Ryder was bad ,it came from East Coast. Fernando went out of his way to swap me for another truck valued more than what we paid for. That truck we purshased from the East Coast was a lemon but Fernando came through and made everything goo

I buy your truck from the Ryder and the salesman is Mr. Fernando and give the down payment before one month ago. They took 20 days of more than 20 days to fix the GPS and after getting all the payment from the bank they took almost 2 weeks to and still I didn’t get my truck, when go there sometime I did not found Fernando there and even I did not get the responsible answer from him.
