I bought 3 box trucks from Ryder one in October 2024 and 2 in May 2025 we drove the two trucks off the lot and gets on the freeway and check engine lights came on one of the trucks I called Ryder and let them know they said take it to the Groveland FL shop which I did one week later they said that the truck is ready went and picked up the truck drove it to my parking spot which was around 30 miles the driver came next day to start working driver drove 30 miles and the check engine light came back on and it’s the same code ho... read more

So easy and professional from start to finish! Pre sale working with Diego and Ramon was informative and they found the truck that best suited my needs. I had the truck working in the fleet surging 10 days from identifying it. Post sale repairs was incredibly easy too. I will never purchase a used truck from any large name brand again other than Ryder!
Still haven't gotten there as yet,but the sales person has been a great help,so I hoping for the best
