Diego was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to resolve an issue when the check engine light came on. They fixed it and delivered truck back to me. A few weeks later, it came on again and even though it was passed the 15 day warranty, they worked with me to fix the issue since it hasn’t been driven much. I have bought two box trucks from them. Very good customer service. DIEGO IS THE BEST!!
4 months later and im here to update my review. if you scroll you might see me in the black smiling with my new truck from Ryder that is now currently parked because shortly after I purchased this truck it had been giving me issue after issue. Im talking about big issues to the point where im stuck with it I've already put over 10k into getting it fixed and a few weeks ago I had a mechanic tell me the cost to get it fixed is 14k. The guys at Ryder truck rental helped me purchase my first vehicle for my business WB House of Virgo LLC – Motor Carrier & Logistics. Diego kept me updated persistently and Paul gave me good advice about the trucks and how they operate. I bought 3 box trucks from Ryder one in October 2024 and 2 in May 2025 we drove the two trucks off the lot and gets on the freeway and check engine lights came on one of the trucks I called Ryder and let them know they said take it to the Groveland FL shop which I did one week later they said that the truck is ready went and picked up the truck drove it to my parking spot which was around 30 miles the driver came next day to start working driver drove 30 miles and the check engine light came back on and it’s the same code ho... read more
