I had a very disappointing experience buying a commercial vehicle from Ryder. The salesman(Terrance) was dishonest about the warranty coverage and did not clearly explain what was actually included. On top of that, the paperwork was messed up multiple times, which forced me to re-sign documents that should have been done correctly the first time.
