Bought 2 tractors from Ryder at this location, the sales process was easy and straightforward, however; I paid high dollar for these two units that were "certified," and "ready-to-go." These units were not ready-to-go, they were not fueled (I thought they would be), and they both had issues immediately. One had issues with the transmission shifting from second to third, one had steering issues.
