Bought 2 tractors from Ryder at this location, the sales process was easy and straightforward, however; I paid high dollar for these two units that were "certified," and "ready-to-go." These units were not ready-to-go, they were not fueled (I thought they would be), and they both had issues immediately. One had issues with the transmission shifting from second to third, one had steering issues. I went to Ryders I search for Truck only but seeing the professional act from the manager who is Mr. Elando made me realized I am in the right place. Upon seeing his act of discipline and kind gesture not only to the customer but also to those working with him got my heart to go with any Truck, finally when I test drove the Truck I picked them I realized that it’s not just his kind gesture but also the company had very good Truck for business. Good job Ryders. Hope to see you guys soon when am getting my next truck.
