I ended up losing my truck messing up my credit and losing my company due to this company sellinv me a truck that needed extended repair i got sued by the loanshark company they got my and at the end of the day was the worst ontop of that they just sold my friend a truck in a auction and that truck broke down also never buy nothing from ryder
Helpful sales staff and very attentive. I told him I wasn't purchasing that day because I'm waiting on tax paperwork. I hear taxes are easier if you purchase the truck under the company EIN rather than SS number. He showed me trucks in my price range and gave me a good idea of what the process is to buy. I feel I was treated very well even though I wasn't going to purchase that day. That goes a long way to potential buyers.
Had a great experience with the Ryder Used Truck Sales in Bolingbrook. Although I didn’t move forward with a purchase yet, I appreciated talking with Chris. He helped clearing a lot things up for me and gave me some useful insight. Their selection of used box trucks, sleepers, and daycabs was impressive. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be circling back to them when ready. Thanks again!
Great guys over here! Seems like new staff or something has taken over, but there were two managers that helped my son and I out and another sales guy Steve who was really knowledgeable about the trucks and did not hold back with the condition of the trucks we were looking at. I very much appreciated the transparency, and will definitely look back to them when we start expanding more in the future! Thanks guys!
I visited the bolingbrook location 3 days ago and was greeted by Chantel the sales manager. She was very helpful with providing me an inventory list of everything they had in stock that I was interested in. When we were looking for one of the trucks she noticed a fluid leak underneath and brought it to my attention. I came back again today and she was very nice and patient. I talked to another gentleman she was helping and he was very satisfied with how she assisted him with his truck purchase.
